What We Do
All our work is done through a DEIB Lens and with a Human Equity Approach.
We help organizations solve business problems by using our own expertise in problem solving and combining that with an extensive support network of industry, function and local experts. By gathering data, insights, running analyses, making presentations and pitching solutions, our clients are able to make the best decisions possible for the wellbeing of their organizations.
At Gradient we believe coaching is an essential tool for leaders to create change and become more self-aware of their environment. Our senior partners are trained Certified Professional Diversity Coaches by the Inc 500’s CoachDiversity Institute in Washington, D.C. Coach Diversity Institute is the only International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited program whose mission is to empower diverse communities through coaching. When we teach coaching skills, we teach transformation without skirting around the issues of power and privilege that underpin the challenges that so many of our communities face. We face issues head-on surrounding race, ethnicity, culture, religion, sexual orientation and ability (Coach Diversity Institute).
Every great organization needs a plan to navigate the future. At Gradient we use an approach to help organizations answer the question of “What are we being called to do?” We work with our clients to focus on discovering their strengths, opportunities, potential and to understand the communities they impact. At Gradient we have worked in diverse communities and understand the power of true engagement. We believe that the stakeholders who make up an organization, its partners and the community it affects have a story to tell about the organization and provide a snapshot of its true culture. This work is about coming together to understand the needs, wants and solutions needed to establish an inclusive partnership with employees and the community.
We provide custom training to organizations who have identified knowledge gaps in their workforce. We work with our clients to establish cultures of learning to enable them to remain competitive amidst the pressures facing modern organizations. Some of our training curriculum include the following:
- Change Management
- DISC Facilitation
- Clifton Strengths
- Psychological Safety
- Cultural Awareness
- Transformational Leadership
- Story of Self, Us & Now
- Leadership Development
At a pace that works for you, not only will you fulfill the business essential that is DEIB and see your culture improve, you will also receive the impact in your ROI. As more clients become available, as sales increase, as different perspectives create better work and an inclusive workforce improves quality of life for all.
